How much is shipping?
FREE USA Shipping on all orders over $150 (no code needed - this will automatically calculate at checkout)
For USA orders under $150: We offer $5.99 Flat Rate Shipping. This means no matter how many items you buy you will never pay more than $5.99!
We also offer year round FREE Shipping on All Phone Cases, Swimwear and Clearance Items which will automatically happen during your checkout process!
FREE Shipping to Canada on orders over $200. For our Flat Rate to Canada on orders under $200 it is $18.99.
We do not currently offer shipping to other countries. However you can message us via Instagram with specific requests and we will try to work with you to make an order happen if you live in Europe etc...
What type of inks do you print with, are they non-toxic?
All of our inks for printing are Non-Toxic and are Oeko-Tex Certified = safe for you and your family!
Do you allow returns or exchanges?
Yes! We offer both returns and exchanges on all items on the website within 2 weeks of purchase **except for phone cases - which are not returnable!**
1. If the exchange is due to an error on our part, (if we shipped the wrong item or wrong size) we will cover both the return and exchange shipping for you. Email us at the contact email below for a return slip.
2. If the return or exchange is due to customer changing their mind / wanting a different size or color: customer will be responsible for return shipping - however we will still cover the free shipping to get the new / exchanged item back to you! Email us at the contact email below for a return authorization code (or you can contact us via our Instagram messages)
3. For all returns an exchanges the item must be returned within 2 weeks of receiving, be in new and resellable condition and unwashed. Items that do not fit this criterion are not returnable. Items outside the 2 weeks are not returnable; however exceptions are made in December for Christmas and this window is increased to 30 days due to early shopping and gift giving.
4. Phone cases are made to order, custom to fit your exact phone model and graphics you pick and are NOT returnable. Please be very sure of your exact phone model when ordering.
5. Return refunds will be issued within 3 business days of us receiving the item if it meets the above return criterion. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Where can I find your size charts for Men and Women?
Every individual item on our website has a size chart listed in the product description section with exact measurements.
Instead of one generic overall size chart for all products we list a specific chart on each item so that you know the exact sizing for that particular item - as some items vary!!
Additionally some products also have another size chart in the product photos section to provide further clairification!
If you have additional questions please feel free to message our owner anytime on the River to Ridge Instagram page messages and we will answer you as quickly as possible!
Who owns River to Ridge is it a big corporation or a small business?
R to R is family owned! We are now located in Arizona but we (owners Joni & Dave) are origionaly from Alaska where we owned/operated an archery store and range for many years!
We are proud to be a Small American Brand and pride ourselves on great customer service, unique designs and quality items!
We are both avid bowhunters, love to go offroading, fishing, camping, hiking and on adventures with our rescue dog, a Blue Heeler named Luna!

Where is the Brand located? Do you have store that I can visit?
We are located in Northern Arizona! We sell online and occasionally have booths at Outdoor Shows, but we do not currently have a physical storefront where you can go to shop at this time
We do 90% of our printing, stitching and sewing in the USA. With a few items made in Mexico or Canada.
